Rental application:
In order to ensure the safety and security of our community for all residents, we require information and a background check on everyone over 18 who will be living in the home. Please complete and sign both of the documents. We need information and a background check release form for everyone who is over 18 in the home. The application fee is $35 per adult for the background check.

Leases:
Mobile Home Rental: Lease duration varies.
Lot Rent Lease: Upon approval, you must sign and return one of the following with your deposit.
- 24-month lot lease
- Month-to-month lease, agreeing to opt out of 24-month lease
Deposit: Equal to 1 month’s lot rent
